Buildings are never neutral: they shape how people feel, focus, and relate to one another. I study economics to enter property development with the tools to act on that belief: that the built environment is one of the most direct levers we have for improving how people live. This blog is where I develop and test the ideas taking shape in my book On Beauty, working through questions of space, perception, and what it means to build well.
